Hamburger Kunsthalle on Smartify
One-year pilot project with Smartify
The Hamburger Kunsthalle is one of the first cultural institutions in Germany to use Smartify's personalisation features for audio guides. Visitors receive individual tour suggestions based on their interests, time, and preferred art styles – for tailor-made tours.
Another key feature is Smartify's object recognition: by scanning an artwork with their smartphone, users immediately receive additional information from the online collection as well as audio content in German, English, or for children aged 8 and above, or with audio description.
The application is available now. Visitors can download the Smartify app in advance from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) – or access the web application directly via a QR code without downloading anything.
