THE ART OF COMMUNICATION

A workshop for teams that want to improve unclear communication, tackle difficulties in exchanges with others and find common goals.
 

In an exciting and varied team coaching session, the participants appraise their own communication skills as they engage with original works of art. They address questions such as: How can we put our minds together to make a seemingly unwieldy installation speak to us? What roles and positions do we assume in the team? What does this say about our communication patterns? 

Your employees will become more aware of their individual needs as they develop ideas and visions for better teamwork. In the studio, these impulses will be set down for future reference in the form of a joint artwork – a creative expression of possible strategies to adopt going forward. The accompanying discussion and shared reflection on what the artwork conveys will help to transfer what has been learnt into everyday working life.
