Every first Thursday of the month from 6 - 9 pm, the Hamburger Kunsthalle opens its doors to all visitors free of charge. Free admission applies to all other exhibitions as well as to visits to the collection presentation. There is also a range of guided tours on offer.   On 2 May, the DJ team from Hamburg radio station ByteFM with Sascha Hohn and Charlotte Oelschlegel will provide relaxed lounge music to chill out to before or after the art visit. The museum shop offers a large selection of special offers in the evening.
