Deepen their understanding of
high-school subjects with original artworks
Whether you're a high school teacher in Mecklenburg Vorpommern (where art historical lines of development such as Romanticism, Expressionism, ways to abstraction or the expanded notion of art are compulsory subjects for graduation) or whether – like in Lower Saxony – it's pre-set topics such as Man and City, The View of People, Images of War and Violence, Interiors, Monument – Sculpture: the Hamburger Kunsthalle collection spans over nearly 700 years of art history, has concentrated areas of focus within the collection and is so comprehensive that excellent works of art in painting, graphics and sculpture can be found on every topic. Prepare for your Arbitur topics with a visit to the Kunsthalle – with your students or even with your subject-area colleagues and co-educators. We are more than happy to join you!
