The Visitors Bureau is your on-site contact for any questions or issues that might arise during your visit.

Would you like to book a tour, for example? Members of our staff will gladly answer your booking requests or help you directly with group reservations.

Would you like to give us feedback? You can do so either in person at the Visitors Bureau counter or online.

The Visitors Bureau is located in the rotunda, directly behind the main entrance next to the front ticket office or in the foyer of the Galerie der Gegenwart
